the queen suite had a nice kitchenette with microwave and fridge. A comfortable seating area and two flat-screen TVs. the separate bedroom with a king bed was cozy. we didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub, but they looked inviting. super clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus!

The room exceeded my expectations. Spacious with a kitchenette and sitting area made it cozy and comfortable. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave to heat up snacks. The noise from the hallways didn’t disturb me much, perfect for relaxation. However, the parking situation needs attention. I was charged for parking in a lot I couldn’t use. Also, a little more clarity from the front desk on parking fees would have been helpful. The elevators were slow, especially on busy mornings. Overall clean and well-kept except for slightly dusty vents. I felt safe walking around the area at night, with nice eateries nearby.

So I got to say, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, like, I asked for extra towels, and before I even made it upstairs, they were already at my door handing them to my family. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs, made it feel more like home if you know what I mean.

the morning buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of made-to-order items, and the hotel is just a couple of blocks from the beautiful CityDeck where you can enjoy a leisurely walk by the water.
